So let's start off with a BANG!
I just came back from Singapore today! OMG the roads were a mess. There was a stretch of highway that was totally flooded and they had to reroute the road through another lane. The country side was totally flooded...i felt my geography knowledge awakening at the sight of these :). Anyway, the worse part was that there were also about 50-100km of potholes on the road. Not even small potholes...large to huge potholes!

Haha...even i didn't believe the picture when i took it. Usually the potholes are deeper and scattered all over the road; sometimes there are 5 to 6 gathered togethered and you can't even try to swerve around them without hitting other cars. On the way back to Malaysia, some of the potholes were covered but it was raining when we went to the pothole zone soooooo....not a very pleasent journey. Well, i guess it's mroe exciting than a normal journey--->always look on the bright side of life :)

In Singapore however, i was lucky to arrive on the only rainfree day Singapore as had in awhile. And so I met up with a good old friend of mine Phanu (AKA Akira)!

We went to see 'Curse of a Golden Flower' and...err...to be honest...I still don't understand what the curse is. I get where the Golden Flower comes from, I get that their lives are plagued with ruin and darkness BUT what is the curse? Unless the ten minutes I missed at the beginning of the movie explained the curse, the movie surely lost the plot somewhere. Overall, leaving out the bizzare ending that left much to be desired, it was okay (at least the first half...the second half was a bit crazy :D). Haha, a guy behind me exclaimed 'What the fuck?!" right at the end of the movie which i believed captured the mood of the ending perfectly.
We also bought each other Christmas cards and wrote a quick message using the 'freely available' pens at the bookstore.

Phanu and I with our traded Christmas Card
Ahaha...he invited to come to his 'asian gang' christmas party (apparently all the asian people in the school became a gang :P) but I couldn't make it anyway cause i was in S'pore for 2-3 days and I had to do some stuff liiiiiikeeeeee.......BUY A NEW AWESOME TENNIS RAQUET.

My very own NFury!!
Ahhh...I gotta start getting comfortable to the new raquet...it has a smaller head so I have to run more to get to the ball :D
Haii, have to have to do homework -_______- ....Merry Christmas Everyone!
